The base of the “Earthy” table lamp is a traditional basket, once used for storing mealie (corn) meal and beer by communities in Eastern Zimbabwe. Woven by skilled women artisans, each basket is unique, with natural variations in size and color that add to its authenticity. The lampshade complements the earthy design, enhancing the natural character and charm of this one-of-a-kind lamp.
